Recharge Your Whole Person Well
Your body needs a recharge just like your phone.
Distracting to rest like scrolling your phone or binging Netflix is like having apps running in the background. It drains your energy, rather than recharging, without your awareness.
Studies show moving your body with presence to how it feels as you move is the way to recharge well. When that movement follows movement science principles it feels best in your body.
When you are using mindfulness, awareness with curiosity and kindness, you close out the background chatter that drains your energy and can listen to what your body needs to recharge energy.
This is not the way we are taught to use exericse, so it can seem like it won't work, or you have too much pain to move to be well now. But you can recharge your whole person by restoring the skills to Move Well.
