Hi, I’m Janet Huehls,

Health & Wellness Coach

the founder and creator of Exercising WELL. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, health and wellness coach, and a busy mom, I know how stressful it is to stick with healthy habits like exercise when you are tired, in pain or busy.

Over the past thirty years, I have been applying both body and mind sciences to exercise specifically for health and well-being. I created Exercising WELL for you to have a time-efficient way to feel better, function better and restore well-being through all stages of life.
