Well is the state where your health happens; your body heals and repairs, your mind is clear and focused and your whole-person is at its best.  

Stressed is the opposite of well. Healing and repair are put on hold as your body prepares to move, to ‘fight or flee’ the problem.  

Simply put, movement is what your body needs to restore the state of being well so you can be healthy.   

Exercising WELL transforms exercise from something you ‘should do’ to something you want to do so you can enjoy being WELL everyday.
