Happy New Year!  It’s a great time of year to start fresh with renewed energy to be well now! My last blog explained that when we set goals by jumping right into the “what and how,” the goals lack the spark, energy, and passion to stand the test of time.   Once we get really clear about our own personal “why,” we uncover our natural motivation for making it happen.
