Happy New Year!
Even when so much ‘paused’ in 2020, you did not. Every day, every cell in your body changes just a little bit. It does not matter if you are in a pandemic, the holidays, the middle of winter, the pandemonium of parenting, or a busy work season, your cells are in a constant state of change.
