We have a conundrum when it comes to exercise—flooded with information about how great exercise is for us and a drought of motivation to do it.

Over the past thirty years, I have been driven by this question: why doesn’t all the convincing information make everyone stick with exercise? It is quite a mystery, but after listening to thousands of people and learning from experts in a wide range of sciences, I am feeling more hopeful and energized than ever because the answers are becoming more and more clear.
