Welcome to a twelve-week blog series in which we will explore how the interplay of mindfulness, motivation, and movement ignites our ability to activate our own well-being. Over the years, professionally and personally, I have seen how weaving these three areas together creates a strong foundation for sustainable well-being.
We start this month with mindfulness as it is the basis by which we can activate motivation and movement. In January, we will explore the science of motivation and in February, tie it all together with how healthy movement activates well-being beyond fitness and weight loss. Each week, we will highlight simplified and tested ways to incorporate each element.
